If you require a return or exchange, you must email email@example.com within 2 days, from date of delivery.
Returns and Exchange Notes:
Cotton Fish reserves the rights to refuse a return if the items are not received in perfect condition and in accordance of the notes below.
Items returned or exchanged must be in original sale form, with tags attached.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for faulty items for which we will happily to reimburse.
All items being returned should be sent via registered or express post and packaged well, as we do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during transit.
If your items arrive damaged, please provide photos and send via email so we can rectify any issues. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is received without prior authorization from us, or does not arrive within the acceptable return period. In the event that we receive an unauthorized returned item, return shipping and handling costs will be passed on to the customer.
All items returned will either be exchanged or the customer will receive a store credit.
By placing an order you are acknowledging and accepting all the returns/exchange terms.
All washing, laundering and fabric care instructions must be strictly followed as we are unable to assist if the item has been damaged in any way due to negligence on your part. Items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.Please avoid washing Cotton Fish products in electric washing machines and always wash them by hand.
Note: Colours may vary slightly between screen and real life, the team have done their upmost to give customers a true understanding of product colours.
